BOBGA Kenneth, graduated from the University of Dschang (Cameroon) with a Bachelors’ Degree in Law He works in the trademarks Department of the firm which he focuses his practice on counseling domestic and foreign companies on building and defending their trademarks and IP portfolios, as well providing assistance related to licensing issues. He specializes in trademark searches; trademark filing; analyzing; reporting and filing responses to office actions; requesting the recordal of corporate changes, such as name changes, mergers, assignments and license agreement; the prosecution and enforcement of trademark rights such as opposition proceedings, cancellation and nullity actions; copyrights and domain names. Kenneth is a member of several International Law Associations and has participated in many international IP Forum.
