FORCHAK LAW FIRM

He is a Barrister, Solicitor and Notary Public before the Supreme Court of Cameroon and Nigeria. Holds a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Yaounde in 1993 and subsequently enrolled in the Nigerian Law School Victoria Island, Lagos from where he obtained his qualifying certificate as a Legal Practitioner. He is a holder of a Diploma in “Negotiation of Financial Transactions” from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research “UNITAR” and also a Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the same institute. He further holds a Diploma in industrial property (Conseil en Propriété Industrielle) obtained from the CFDE (OAPI-Intellectual Property Training School) and is a Licensed Patent and Trademark Attorney at the OAPI region.

He is founder of the law firm and his practice includes all area of corporate and commercial law, oil and gas, IP law especially trademarks and patents and the use of intellectual property as a strategic business tool.
